This video is a brief answer for an ongoing problem. Distributing hard copy content across the organization. Whether it is hard copy (think snail mail) or digital (like email attachments) both of which continue to flow to our office everyday?

I know, you can always forward the email and the attachment to colleagues. But what if multiple users need to review or approve that content? How are you keeping track of who did (or did not) what and when they did it? This short video will answer those questions for you.
