In my experience one of key factors in a successful implementation is to roll out in phases. Your shiny, new ECM system has the potential to change many parts of your business in dramatic ways. Everyone understands the benefits. It is tempting to “Bite of more than you can chew”. Do not fall into that trap. Focus on the main reason you went looking for a solution in the first place and implement there. The buzz created by that initial success will not only be a feather in your cap but will help persuade nay-sayers to buy in as well.
