While I do agree with all of these points being critically important I believe the UX focus is highest on the list. More ECM implementations fail due to a lack of user adoption than for any other reason. This project is essentially to make users more productive. If they don’t like it, guess what? For example, the project could aim to implement a system that can scan paper records and use AI with optical character recognition to gather data about customer contacts or contract expiration dates.
