Microsoft has made it very difficult to work with calendars in the modern experience.  Perhaps the worst is that the "All day event" option is not an option in the modern experience.  To make matters worse, if you revert to the classic experience to add an all day event, it will display 7 hours earlier in the modern experience calendar.  This is huge problem that Microsoft needs to correct.  Anyone else run into this?
