{"id":31838,"date":"2019-09-03T03:41:00","date_gmt":"2019-09-03T07:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cybercon1.com\/?p=31838"},"modified":"2019-09-03T03:41:00","modified_gmt":"2019-09-03T07:41:00","slug":"everyday-ai-artificial-intelligence-sounds-like-something-from-a-sci-fi-novel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cyberconservices.com\/index.php\/2019\/09\/03\/everyday-ai-artificial-intelligence-sounds-like-something-from-a-sci-fi-novel\/","title":{"rendered":"Everyday AI: Artificial intelligence sounds like something from a sci-fi novel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can love technology, but technology can\u2019t love us and could break our hearts is the lesson learned from an episode of \u201cThe Big Bang Theory\u201d entitled \u201cThe Beta Test Initiative\u201d which aired in January 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the sitcom, Raj Koothrappali is a scientist with a disabling social anxiety disorder that prevents him from talking to women unless he\u2019s drunk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.cyberconservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/hand-4372144__340.jpg?resize=402%2C201\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31839\" width=\"402\" height=\"201\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the one woman he can talk to is Siri, an electronic woman that lives in his new Apple iPhone 4S, who answers his every question and even agrees to call him \u201cSexy\u201d which pretty much sends the lovelorn astrophysicist over the moon with delight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But Siri is not real. She\u2019s an example of computer generated artificial intelligence commonly known a AI.
