The employee experience has become increasingly fragmented, forcing people to work across a multitude of applications every day, constantly switching contexts and often becoming the human integration point in this messy picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cyberconservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/robot-4424145__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31857\" width=\"287\" height=\"235\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In CCS Insight&#8217;s recent survey of employees, almost 40% were frustrated with the amount of switching between applications and 46% felt there was inadequate integration between the work applications they use.
