Why would you attempt to implement <strong>RPA<\/strong> without one?  As with any project you have a need to be satisfied, a goal that provides that satisfaction and a plan to achieve the goal.  If you do not define those 3 items first your project is doomed to failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BY MARK BEDNARZ<\/strong> &#8211; While some fear automation, in reality a better future awaits with the implementation of robots. As more organizations are discovering, Robotics Process Automation (<strong>RPA<\/strong>) uses software \u201crobots\u201d or \u201cbots\u201d to create operational efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities by automating routine tasks that free employees to focus on higher priority assignments. Yet these benefits can only be achieved if <strong>RPA <\/strong>is correctly employed.\u00a0\u00a0Without proper implementation, robotics can be a risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pixabay.com\/photo\/2016\/11\/24\/20\/30\/architecture-1857175__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"805\" height=\"546\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing these seven factors beforehand is key to proper robotics implementation and enables organizations to introduce <strong>RPA <\/strong>successfully and benefit from mitigating risk, meeting business requirements and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In contrast to eliminating processes or people, effective <strong>RPA<\/strong> implementation increases efficiency through robotic automation. Repetitive tasks are automated so employees have an increased capacity to focus on value-added activities.
