According to a recent\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oreilly.com\/radar\/ai-adoption-in-the-enterprise-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\">O\u2019Reilly survey<\/a>, slightly more than one-sixth of respondents cited difficulty in hiring and retaining professionals with AI skills as a significant barrier to AI adoption in their organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pixabay.com\/photo\/2017\/10\/21\/12\/36\/training-2874597__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"277\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>While the talent gap remains a large part of the dialog, this number has decreased from the previous year, signaling that other challenges are becoming top of mind for businesses exploring and deploying <strong>AI <\/strong>projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, the technical skills gap isn\u2019t the biggest impediment to <strong>AI<\/strong> adoption, nor is it the reason so many <strong>AI<\/strong> projects fail.
