{"id":76761,"date":"2023-06-05T03:54:19","date_gmt":"2023-06-05T07:54:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cybercon1.com\/?p=76692"},"modified":"2023-07-23T15:58:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-23T19:58:34","slug":"microsoft-is-bringing-an-a-i-chatbot-to-data-analysis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cyberconservices.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/05\/microsoft-is-bringing-an-a-i-chatbot-to-data-analysis\/","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft is bringing an A.I. chatbot to data analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-1\" class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/MSFT\/\">Microsoft<\/a><span id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\"><\/button><\/span><\/span>\u2019s hefty investment in artificial intelligence chatbots is finding its way into data analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Following its reported $13 billion investment in OpenAI and its early efforts to embed the <strong>AI<\/strong> technology into its Bing search engine and other products like email,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/03\/16\/microsoft-to-improve-office-365-with-chatgpt-like-generative-ai-tech-.html\">Word and Excel<\/a>, Microsoft is rolling out a chatbot \u2014 or Copilot \u2014 that will allow users to make sense of information stored in corporate databases<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the chatbot, Microsoft is launching a new brand called Fabric, which will bring together seven data products under one umbrella. It\u2019s similar to the introduction of the Office productivity software suite in 1990, and Microsoft is touting cost-saving opportunities at a time when clients are tightening their belts.<\/p>\n<p>Fabric is designed so that a customer can store a single copy of data and work with it in several programs.
